Our choice of single origin 72% dark chocolate from Ecuador with beautiful citrus notes wrapped with Anxi Tieguanyin tea know for its unique floral aroma. We allow the aging process to take place over 6months, the result a chocolate with an elegant evolution of aromas from entry to aftertaste. Then we add a touch of rum from Hacienda Santa Teresa in Venezuela with over 200 years of history exclusively using the solera system for aging. Who knew chocolate could be so complex in their secondary notes. Set contains 5 jars.
